Every workflow—from client onboarding to financial report delivery—is designed to uphold confidentiality and integrity at every step.

We collect only the information you choose to share for legitimate business purposes such as responding to inquiries, onboarding clients, and delivering professional bookkeeping and advisory services.

We may collect basic contact details (such as name, company, email address, or phone number) when you complete forms, request consultations, or subscribe to updates.
Once engaged as a client, we may also securely collect business-related information such as tax identifiers, financial statements, or system access credentials—always exchanged via encrypted and permission-controlled channels.

FiscalFusion does not collect or store banking passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers through our website.
