With a background in enterprise finance and hands-on accounting leadership, Mary focuses on delivering structured, reliable financial infrastructure that business owners can depend on.

Lily Eskanos PhD, Partner | COO & Managing Accountant

Lily brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, working in complex, highly regulated environments and large-scale operations. She has led multi-million-dollar programs, built financial systems, and managed cross-functional and international teams with a focus on precision and accountability.

Holding a Doctorate in Global Leadership and a Master’s in Accounting, Lily combines technical expertise with structured leadership. She partners closely with clients to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting clarity, and support steady, scalable growth.
